we had a great experience staying at Bab Al Qasr. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and relaxing, making it an excellent choice for families or groups looking for a comfortable stay. The ambience is lovely, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff deserve special appreciation for being kind, accommodating, and welcoming throughout our stay.
when it comes to the food, there is room for improvement. The variety of food options was quite limited, and we felt that more choices would make the dining experience much better, especially for guests who prefer a wider selection.

Staying at Bab Al Qasr was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel boasts a grand and luxurious design with an elegant atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable.
A special thank you goes to Haitham at the front desk and all the reception team members for their exceptional hospitality, warm welcome, and professional service throughout our 3-night stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing and premium stay in Abu Dhabi!
This was my second stay at the hotel, and every time the experience gets even better! The service is consistently outstanding and distinguished.
I loved the hotel’s location, which offers a perfect blend of peacefulness and luxury. The views are truly amazing, with stunning options directly overlooking Emirates Palace, the sea, and the swimming pool area.
The dining menu is diverse and excellent, room service is available and efficient, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and cooperative.

Spacious, elegant and charming. Customer service from everyone was outstanding. Especially Louie on the concierge desk. This guy went above and beyond.

Its location and their breakfast spread
Guest service was disappointing. We had to call at least 2-3 times for housekeeping to deliver fresh towels. Additionally, the washroom had fixed shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo dispensers on the wall, but they had not been refilled before our check-in. We had to remind housekeeping twice before these were finally provided.
