Friendly and helpful staff. Dhanushka is the dining area is exceptionally helpful. All other other staff are are very attentive and always willing to help. Staff at the pool side, reception, room service, cleaning service, porters and everyone else was great.

Many things! Friendliness of majority of staff was much appreciated with some going above and beyond to be of assistance such as Edmunde and “Gentleman” (our nickname for him!) on reception/concierge.
Excellent location and good range of facilities.
Very little but restaurant could be very busy at times, especially breakfast with some children not being supervised at buffet tables. We had lounge access and had we been able to have breakfast there that would have been perfect.

Location is good, bed was comfortable, valet parking was free.
Superior room wasn’t superior! Room felt like a basic 4* hotel room with a very small window.
We had to ask for basic things that should have been in our room and for the price we could have got something better.
