A wonderful location and very classy hotel with superb breakfast.
Not enough natural light in our bedroom.

Room was spacious and clean
Fresh towels every day, great location, super air conditioning
Half the rooftop was closed for repairs.
The mattresses on the beds were too soft around the edges
As we checked in we were told for the first time we could only spend 30 mins each day in the Spa pool
We had dinner in the restaurant, and the burgers were practically raw
When we asked the concierge if the hotel could arrange a taxi for the next day we were told to queue at the taxi rank

Everything
Can’t think of anything but we were only there one night.

The rooms are very clean and spacious.
Loved that there were no Bed spread and decorative cushions on the bed :)
Rooftop / Pool, lovely, clean and the View!!! Stunning
Overall hotel is very stylish and comfortable.
Breakfast personnel needs to be more friendly.. seriously a smile, a good morning should be standard, we did not feel welcome during breakfast, yes it’s a tough job but that’s no excuse.
Breakfast buffet was ok, no brown bread at all, same three salad/veggie option, same cold cut option. For the price, you should maybe have fresh honeycomb, juicing option of fresh fruits and veggies or a waffle iron to upgrade the overall breakfast experience
Room service food menu limited and small portions, for long stays not really suitable, maybe introduce a dish of the day which is new every day… but quality very good
