Location was good which was a 5 min walk to the Oktoberfest location. Basic amenities including roll away bed was setup before we checked in.
Since the hotel was packed with multiple tourists, common area like lift, lobby etc. was not clean.
Also there was a foul smell in the bath room.

Hotel is well located. It is close to restaurants, Central train station, and places of interest. Staff at reception was very friendly and professional. The room was not big but equipped with refrigerator, safe and electric kettle.
Room service could be better.

Excellent location: right next to Oktoberfest
Noise proof was not very good: got waken up a few times due to people singing on the street
