Absolutely loved the character of the place. Great location to stay in the San Niccolo area of Florence, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city but just 10 minute walk to either the Ponte Vecchio or Ponte alle Grazie to take you into the heart of the city.
We had a studio with a balcony which was spacious and had a little kitchen unit with a coffee pod machine.
We had a nice view of the garden where is was possible to go and sit.There was a basement room with laundry facilities and a cupboard to top up coffee or tea , towels etc
Local area was quiet, but with nice restaurants and lots of artisan shops
The Numa management were contactable by the app.
On our last day there was a bus strike and it was proving impossible getting a taxi to the station, the staff were exceptional in getting us and other guests taxis so we didnt miss out train
My only slight quibble was that we paid in advance for breakfast in the Floret restaurant next door which was accessible from inside the property, The breakfast choice was very limitied ie granola, or egg dish or croissant and a coffee, tea or juice.
The staff again were lovely but my husband was unable to eat any of it except a plain croissant because of an egg and nut allergy. The food was excellent but not really that substansive or great value for money
We did speak to NUMA and they refunded my husbands breakfast for the days we were there

Numa’s Palazzo, San Niccolo from the moment we got there was amazing. The overall charm, history, location was wonderful.
The property was like a small oasis in one of the quieter, neighborhood feeling areas in Florence. Out the door and it was only a block and a half to the Arno river, five minutes to Ponte, Vecchio, and right across the river Santo Croce. Mornings right up the hill to the secret Rose Garden and Terrazza Michelangelo. The best. Location, location, location.

I really loved the building. The rustic jet classic style, great atmosphere. Good breakfast with 3 choices.
Ai generated answers in the app. It did not fully understand my question, but when the local team answered I got great follow up.
