Did well

The conditioning system crashed in the middle of Italian heatwave. We could not sleep. The staff was very understanding and provided a portable conditioner for our room, it literally saved our stay.
An absolutely magical place that makes you feel like you’ve stepped straight into a fairytale. Truly unforgettable and highly recommended! ✨

The receptionists and all the other staff like the lady who managed the breakfast were so nice and this behavior made me feel so good.

Good lactation
The window isn't locked, broken. Dirty blanket. The size of the shower doesn't fit the size of adults, and broken stuff in bathroom
