Central location, clean, welcoming host
Small elevators, the noise from the outside bar, the very steep steps to the loft bed, the walk to get a taxi especially with luggage as the street is closed to public transportation

The room was clean and functional with a double superior bed (which was comfortable) with lovely big windows (bedroom & bathroom) and light bathroom. Good air conditioning, For central Paris, a reasonable amount of space. Good black out curtains and a quiet street. The location was great, 3 mins walk from the nearest metro station and there were plenty of restaurants and small shops, bakeries close by. A great base for sight seeing.
A couple of times I took a shower it was cool, which wasn't so bad in warm summer conditions but wouldn't have been good in cooler weather! No chair in room, just a stool.

Proximity to town
The hotel can do better by introducing menus for lunch or dinner as well as a bar at night.Mini bars in the room will also be helpful.
There were no hair dryers or shower caps in the room
