the room was clean. It was my second stay in 13 years. The rooms' decor has not changed. They still felt clean.
Access to coffee and tea all day is a great touch I saw in other hotels.

Places to eat were short and walking distance
Small room for three (3) people. No room to move around and place our luggage’s without walking sideways to get to bathroom or to the door.

The proximity to metro, shops, cafes, restaurants etc. The area is well connected to public transport and fairly safe in my opinion. First time visitors could find it far from city center and main attractions.
Very nice breakfast, we enjoyed it a lot and it allowed us to have a good start every day. Good selection of foods, for us it was more than enough.
The staff was nice and helpful.
Air conditioning functionning only On or Off. You could not modify the temperature, nor the fan power, which made it uncomfortable to use. It ran very cold and loud.
The room got very hot in the middle of the night, so I usually woke up, started the air for 15-20 mins risking to wake up the entire room, waiting for the room to get reasonably cool to be able to go back to sleep again. Imagine a 8 night stay in a heatwave in Paris like this...
The hotel should change this setup. I think it makes sense for them from a consumption standpoint, but for us as guests was simply ridiculous and made us uncomfortable.

Location and cleanness.
Old and has to be renovated. Too narrow and dark not fresh air in the lobby and stairs etc.
