The staff in the hotel were universally helpful and welcoming - both on the front desk and the ladies looking after the breakfast.
The rooms had sea views as booked so were nice and light.
There is a super terrace on which to have breakfast and a great multi-offering buffet breakfast.
It is a 5 minute walk down into town and so is nice and quite but still with easy access to all of Taormina's attractions.
The bathroom in one of the rooms was a little "tired" - the shower tray was cracked, the toilet seat very loose and the shower head needed encouragement to stay up high. That said, it was all super clean and the bedroom was airy and comfortable.

Everything ! Vista room very comfortable the people are absolutely lovely especially the 2 ladies running the restaurant for breakfast. Great location loved our stay in Taormina and we would definitely stay here again.

Location of the hotel was just great, very close to the best parts of Taormina, yet located in a quiet nook. Expensive parking (25 EUR / day) was worth the extra costs.
+ Renovated bathroom.
During our second night someone started smoking (maybe new neighbors?) and we could smell it in our room, opening the balcony door just made it worse.
The room itself was dated, and smelled moldy in the beginning, then came the cigarette smell from the outside.
- Very loud fridge and thin doors - could hear everyone in the corridor.
- our room was on the basement floor, so practically no view.
