Staff always available to help. Great b'fast buffet. Pool area pleasant. Panoramic views from room (305). Valet car park service valuable for a Taorm. stay due to general lack of car parking space.
Despite the room not bring available at check in time (1500hrs) staff was helpful in explaining why.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms and the swimming pool is really beautiful with a city view. Location is perfect.

The hotel mas clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was decent
The room had no windows, so we felt like in a bunker. Not great. Air conditioner was not working, neither was the bathroom sink, that had to be unclogged twice during our 2-day stay; and they said check in is from 3pm on, while our room was just ready by 4:40pm. Overall, bad experience and we would not recommend the hotel
