The facilities of the hotel are very nice. The hotel is adjacent to a castle with a large park. On that day there was a pumpkin festival ongoing with many local families attending.
The in-house restaurant is very nice and sophisticated with a large wine menu and fine cuisine but also a bit pricey
The beds are very comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent with many choices of fresh dishes.
We booked a junior suite and were a little bit disappointed. While there was space enough and the facilities were fine it was situated under the roof. There was no free view out of the window and I had to duck my head every time I got up from my bed in order not to bump my head on the beams.
The door to the shower cabin did not close fully at the lower end so that quite a bit of water poured out during the shower, which I had to mop up first.

Hotel staffs are very kind and service minded. The room was very comfortable and clean. They have nice breakfast and also there are good restaurants.
Nice tour in the caste and very nice big garden.
It took time to get warm water in the bathroom.

Only the young lady that checked us in
Everything else. Reception arrogant, breakfast personnel not helpful, bar is a joke (no staff to serve, and one we found one, he didn’t know how to use the draft beer and served half of the glass foam, and beer is warm. Asked for someone to help us to move luggage from the room, no one came and had to carry myself.
Will never stay there again
