Very close to station but no noise from train or roads. Room was basic but tidy and the property was clean.
Mattress and pillows very comfortable.
Minor point, but tea/coffee was not replenished and cups left dirty.
Bathroom door handle was loose and came off.

Very Friendly staff
Very thin walls, you could even hear neigbooring rooms use the restroom, which generally meant that it was hard to sleep since there was always a lot of noise
