The most important aspect was the attitude of every member of staff. Not only were they friendly but very efficient.
They welcomed us initially and then every time we came back to the hotel each day. In particular, Maria who arranged taxies each day to Kalimera Kriti resort, Athena at the beach bar, and Laniella, who arranged a table for 6 for dinner each night.
Even our room cleaner and the housekeeper were both frindly and efficient.
The entertainment every two days was of high quality and finished in time for us to sleep.
The food and the choice were very good and the plate clearance was exemplary
Very large balcony over looking the pool
The shower head was loose and we forgot to report it
We had a couple of power cuts
The water pressure was not brilliant

Lovely hotel, caring staff, from the moment we arrived late, to keeping open the restaurant so we could eat., then allowing our friend to stay in her room on departure day as she was unwell, (even rearranging in coming bookings to keep her comfortable). Very clean everywhere. Fabulous views, even in the storm, which was spectacular
Having only 1 week there 🤣

First trip to Sissi and it is lovely.
Predominantly for German tourists and were treated accordingly. Despite telling them we would arrive at 1pm because of flights, we were made to wait till 3pm check in time. Meanwhile German tourists were checked in and shown to their rooms ! No hot water in the morning either.
