The staff in the restaurant were all very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good with a choice of hot and cold dishes, something for everyone.
Parking would be a problem in the summer, downstairs rooms had hot tubs but upstairs didn’t, and the price is the same.

Great location with supermarket close. Pool and facilities were great. Lovely to have tea and coffee facilities. Staff really helpful.
Great to book through booking which included the local tourist tax.
Some rooms have been upgraded some rooms haven’t and have very hard beds and no blankets / duvets available

Lovely pool and facilities and central location. Staff were friendly and the food was really good plenty of choice.
Nothing really to dislike I stayed for 4 nights u was upgraded to a sea view and also given a complimentary 10 mini massage at their sister hotel Castello boutique resort also lovely. I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again, Sissi is lovely town also.

The location, the staff's kindness, the beauty inside the hotel (beautiful roads that lead to the scenery of the sea), and the views of the sea were some of the highlights.
Options of food (usually given the same/similar options in breakfast, dinner & supper). The room is so small (20m): open your door, there's a bed, bathroom, and balcony, that's it. WiFi doesn't connect, and cannot even call normally on WhatsApp.
