I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always had a good experience. The staff are cooperative, welcoming, and helpful whenever assistance is needed.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay pleasant and relaxing.
The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service to and from the Haram, which is very convenient and makes the overall stay much easier for guests visiting for Umrah.
Overall, I have had a positive experience during my stays and would be happy to stay here again. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and convenient Haram shuttle service.
One minor issue is that finding parking can be a little difficult, especially during busy times.
