Location
I stayed for three nights and the room wasn’t cleaned by them. I use to be away most of the time but it’s very basic need that you get a clean room when you’re back in the evening

Generally a good location, good English at the reception that works 24h. The room was clean and had almost everything that was needed.
We were on the last floor during the heat wave in Lyon and the air-conditioning did not work, it was shut off. We just had one small fan to try and cool the room, which definitely did not help.

Overall it was a disappointing time. First of all I was rudely awaken by a loud bang on the door followed by an opening of the door. Terrible handling, reception dismissed, didn't apologise anything.
For the price and style is bad that theres NO AC. I spent a very hot night, asked for a fan, had to go 2 times to reception and I had to bring it myself, reception didn't have the courtesy of bringing to the 5th floor. I was bitten by mosquitos the whole night. In the room theres a kitchen and no way to make coffee, not even powder. Very bad for the class of the hotel. Also the pool was very cold, no atmosphere, mosquitos everywhere. Asked for king size but there were 2 singles that would separate very easily
