The staff were a major plus here. One person in particular was so kind and friendly when I wrote t ask questions and offered to make sure I had the same room every time, which considering the turnover they must have is a major plus. They found me a really quiet room. There is everything you need provided here and the room is a good size. A 12pm check out is a major plus for me, as many other similar establishments only allow you to stay until 10am or 11am. The quality is very good for the price in this part of Lyon.
Having to take the bins to the basement added to the logistical challenge of packing up in time for me, as I popped back just before lunchtime. However, this is a very small point - the rest was excellent.

Having a kitchen area with a fridge was very useful. The bed was very comfortable and the large shower a nice bonus. Big windows we could open to enjoy fresh air. The building was very quiet....we couldn't hear any noise from other guests. The reception staff were very helpful. It was about a 20 minute walk from the metro station. Happy to recommend.
Whilst near a metro station it was a good walk from the hotel to the nearest bridge to cross the river, which is something we hadn't factored in when booking. It was however an area where we felt very safe. We were there for a Friday and Saturday night and it was noisy outside....but we were in 'student land'. Don't let this put you off.

Decent enough hotel. It is effectively student accommodation that has been converted. Bathroom was good and towels were good.
Noise, you could hear everything around you behind the walls and above you. There’s no noise proofing so can prob expect to be woken up by other people and cleaners etc. The heating was a bit wild and had to open the window to try and cool the room as it’s centrally controlled I think.
