Very friendly helpful staff and the room was in a quiet mess very close to Marble Arch.
A bit tired and worn but it's fine for a night or two!

The room feels big and has a lot of storage space. the bed is very comfortable and I loved the mirror above the bed. The bathroom has a big counter which was very helpful. The property is very close to the underground station and different bus stations. The people who greeted us and gave us the keys were incredibly sweet and easy to reach by phone.
The walls are a bit thin.
