DO NOT STAY HERE

It is a good location, very central, the beds were comfy enough but that is about it.

The shower drain was blocked and we could not shower the first night as the tray filled up within a minute and was not draining. Also the electric meter was on £6.00, I have never stayed anywhere with an electric meter before, the instructions said if it dropped under £20 to contact them and they would come and top it up. Surely this should have been done before we arrived, but I messaged them and they said they would come the next day if we left the keys. We were conserving electric to make sure we didn't run out as they didn't come, it went down to £1. I don't expect to have to worry about this in a holiday rental!! The following morning whilst looking for a plug for the kitchen sink to do the washing up we found a plunger, so then unblocked the shower ourselves so we could shower. I feel that had the shower actually been cleaned before we arrived this would have been picked up but I suspect it hadn't been! The hosts answer to the shower being blocked was that it can get blocked with hair and a quick wipe of the drain before using it should solve any issues. This should have been done when it was cleaned, I shouldn't have to clean it myself before using it! There was no plug for the sink (nor a bowl) so couldn't wash up, and no tea towel so couldn't dry up had we been able to wash up! Also only left with less than half a roll of toilet roll for a two night stay for four people. Messaged the hosts asking when they came to top up the electric could they provide another toilet roll and a sink plug. Got back to the property around 7 in the evening, they had not responded to my message and they had not been as they said they would. Messaged again, they said that I could go and buy a toilet roll and they would reimburse me, but after a long day with tired children I didn't want to go out again!

Bad stay

The location is good

The building is very old and dirty also has a very bad smell. The elevator is broken, the apartment is small, and the bedding is not clean. The checkout time is 10 a.m., while most apartments have checkout at 11 a.m.

Très bien situé à 5min du métro à pied, sécurisé, accessible, Cristian répond rapidement et est très arrangeant ! Logement très beau, bien équipé, pratique et parfait pour un séjour à Londres, je recommande !

El interior estaba muy prolijo, funcionaba todo y no era ruidoso. El agua salía caliente y el lavarropas funcionaba bien y la wifi también. Tiene cerca mercados, transporte y metro

La entrada al edificio es oscura, no se limpia hace tiempo pero es algo que le pertenece al edificio en general . Una vez dentro del departamento muy bien
