The hotel is in a great location! The metro station is just a 200-meter walk away, Lidl is down the street, McDonald's is on the corner, and there are several bakeries and restaurants right next to the hotel. The Eiffel Tower is also about 6 km away on foot. Overall, the location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Paris. Both the hotel entrance and the room are accessed using digital codes, which is quite convenient as you don't need to carry a key.
The room is very small, especially the bathroom, and there isn't much space to store your belongings. However, if you just need a place to sleep after a day of sightseeing, it's perfectly fine.
The room was quite cold, so we had to ask for an extra blanket. It can also get noisy in the morning, as you can hear buses passing on the street and the wooden floors creaking when other guests walk around the hotel.

a last minute booking after realising we had one night less accommodation than needed during our paris trip. cheap enough and well connected, just a few minutes walk from the metro. the owner didn't speak much english but we managed to communicate well enough.
the room was tiny. the bathroom was even tinier. getting into the shower while keeping the door closed was a genuine spatial puzzle that i am not sure i fully solved. fine for a single night though, does exactly what it needs to do and nothing more. the owner offered to let us leave our backpacks at reception the following day, which was a kind gesture, but with them sitting out in the open we decided to just carry them around paris for the day instead. character building.
