Clean and a good location right near the metro. Parking across the street safe. Simple elegant breakfast.
There was no place to sit and socialize in the evening. Rooms were too small to congregate in and the breakfast room closed. Just wanted to drink a few drinks and play cards. But otherwise no complaints.

Accueil professionnel, emplacement à proximité immédiate du métro 13 et 14, des commerces et des restaurants . L’hôtel est neuf.

Tout était propre et neuf
L’emplacement un peu loin du centre de Paris

check in staff very friendly, we asked for directions to the stade de France and she was quite helpful.
a very quiet area, just what we wanted.
t looked like our room was in the middle of refurbishment. The ceiling was bare concrete, and there was a bare concrete patch on the wall, 2 feet wide and 5 feet high.

Area was ok, but wouldn't go out at ni..."
