This was by far and we mean absolutely by far the best place we have stayed in Ireland, and we've stayed in several! Breakfast, comfort, cleanliness were all amazing! Do NOT pass on the breakfast! It's more than just the food, it's a beautiful start to your day!
In fact, just don't pass in this place! Olive was very kind and helpful! Even if Olive were the rudest person ever, the place would be worth the stay!!!
She honestly doesn't charge nearly enough, but to be fair, we couldn't have stayed there if she charged even close to what her stay is worth!
This was a proper B&B!
If we ever get a chance to come back to Ireland, we'll definitely plan at least 3 -5 days there. The area is absolutely adorable and beautiful, as well.
Oh, and for Americans: she actually has a top sheet on the bed and provides proper washcloths! And the bed is the absolute most comfortable, not rock hard like so many in Europe, and the bedding itself is just so cozy.
The whole experience (yes, it's a proper experience, not just a stay) by far exceeded or expectations!
Only that we didn't schedule longer!

Fantastic location and Olive was so welcoming. Was like a home from home. We were totally spoilt, fresh carrot cake on arrival and breakfast was unreal. We didn't need to eat the rest of the day.
Everything was prefect.

This property was booked for my granda last minute, he had a lovely time in his words it was “first class”. Olive was so friendly and couldn’t do more for you, breakfast lovely plenty of variety and the facilities were tidy and clean. Excellent hosts and he would definitely go back very homely and great views. Thankyou Olive
No faults at all

Hosts, Leona and James were very friendly and hospitable, home baked everything was superb. I especially loved being greeted with a teapot of tea and home baked cake as I arrived. Having a little vanity in the room was a saving grace when the shared bathroom was in use. Thank you
That the view from my window was obscured due to a very rainy day. But of course that can't be helped
