Only stayed one night as I visited center Parc's for a spa day. Lovely big room very clean friendly staff. Really nice meal in the restaurant at night.
I can see some improvements in the yard which looked a little scruffy.

Convinced and hospitality was great
Stairs going up to the room, but it’s an old building and that’s was not avoidable

The room was excellent and very clean
The food wasn't great at breakfast and evening meal. I had to go and find staff to take our order for breakfast on both occasions, the dining room was like the Marie Celeste.
