We stayed for 4 nights. The location was midway between the train station and the Tower and Cathedral, about 15 minutes walk from each. The apartment was right on the riverside with several restaurants in the immediate vicinity and many more a few minutes walk away. Being so close to the station meant that we were able to visit both Florence (50 mins) and Lucca (25 mins). Roberto was very friendly and communicative throughout and kindly arranged for his legend of a father to pick us up from the airport as our flight landed around midnight. From what I can gather, the apartment is one of a small number located over two floors. Ours was on the lower, 5th floor and was one of three self contained ensuite rooms located off a central shared kitchen / relaxation area. Plentiful coffee / tea supplies and filtered water on tap. Fast wifi. Although the doors to the three rooms were close together, it was very quiet while we were there. The frequent PisaMover shuttle cable train gets you to / from the train station to the airport in under 10 mins.

It’s modern and stylish. A different lovely experience. Most people are friendly and helpful.
A bit tricky to find under the strong sun and the wait for the door bell. The noise of the doors as the rooms door are very close and I hit my hand twice due to squashed knob. Also the city tax needs to be in cash as they don’t have the small machine to pay electronically. But I sorted that through two local shops. Also the stairs are very dark so used my torch to my way out.

The property was very modern and high tech considering it is in an older building.
Extremely clean and comfortable.
Mary welcomed us and explained everything perfectly. Advice given for places to eat.
Everything was great.
