Breakfast was a vast array of food to suit every possible diet! The staff were very friendly and helpfull, especially rhe barman and receptionists.
The hotel is located very close, easy walking distance from the centre of Pisa and allowed me to leave my car in the car park whilst site seeing.
Highly reccomend Hotel Bologna and will be staying rhere again.

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly.
There was a water leak in our bedroom which flooded the floor. This happened whilst we were out. We arrived back to our room being moved around, windows wide open and quite frankly very scary as we thought we had been burgled. When we approached the staff they ddid not handle the situation very well. They said we could sleep in the next room or move to the next room. At 12 o clock at night this caused me a lot of anxiety as I suffer with ADHD and OCD. We have an ongoing complaint with the hotel.
