The lady at the counter was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
We broke down on our journey home, our car had to be trucked home and we had to get a overnight coach the following night. So we had to find a place to stay close to the bus terminal.
We booked the room quite late, and arrived right at 5:30pm.
Highly recommended Hotel, great spot, and exceptional service.
The fridge in the room was a little noisy, but not too bad

The room was spacious, beautifully and tastefully furnished and very clean and comfortable. The restaurant ‘Lola’ was a cut above. Simply delicious food. Had breakfast and dinner. 10/10 The staff were very courteous and helpful.
Small but important. Three long dead large pot plants on the balcony. A coffee table and an outdoor rug to cover the floor would transform the spacious balcony.

The restaurant was very good, bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower base were good.. location was convienient to retail/pubs/cafes etc.
The room we stayed in was too small, bed pushed into a corner to free up space, lack of space to store your clothes and luggage, you have to leave youre suitcases in the passageway. Also there a small step ups to the room/bathroom - trip hazzard. Reception area is mostley unattended.
