Good location. Good bar and restaurant. Good car park.
I requested a queen bed. I received a single bed. The water was not working in the morning. I could not shower in the morning. I did not receive a discount or even a free coffee after telling the receptionist. The TV was too small. The single bed was very uncomfortable. There appeared to be many noises during the night.

The old style was lovely
The bed was broken on the left side, the water took 10 minutes for the hot to come through and the local tv stations didn’t work.

Friendly staff, gorgeous property!
Ballarat was really effing cold but I don't think the hotel could do anything about that, apart from have working air-conditioning... which they did thank goodness.
