The location was perfect to the O2, the staff was very nice and accommodating and the room was big and comfortable.
It was cold and noisy in my room as one of the windows did not close properly. They provided me with an extra radiator which helped.

it was clean and the staff were friendly.
l didnt like it was part of a pub- l didnt realise that when l first saw the hotel on booking . com. l couldnt see where to check in . There was no separate reception to check in. To get to my room there was a lot of stairs to climb . On entering my room there was an ornament of the head of a budda on a table which l didnt like , so l removed this.
