Complex is beautiful. Great rooms. Had beautiful view. Feels very safe

Did not care for the food. As far as an all inclusive, the food was minimal, very bland and repetitive

Location, beautifully manicured grounds, exceptional efforts to remove sargassum seaweed, staff are top notch. The rooms, grounds and pools are spotless. Relaxing atmosphere. Security is plentiful and always present and aware. Entertainment team provides yoga and water aerobics in fun manner, inclusive to all. The drinks are excellent, the bar staff are the best. The wildlife with raccoon and coati families was awesome to see up close without anything to be afraid of. The rooms blend well with the jungle feel, truly a unique natural environment. Beds are very comfortable.
I have been to this hotel during a higher tourist time with more than one restaurant open with exceptional food and many options. Fuego restaurant was over the top delicious.
This visit in September, only one restaurant was open with limited choices of food for an all inclusive hotel. When I return during the low season, i will ask if more than one restaurant is open then if not, likely wont purchase the all inclusive package.
The music at the Las Olas pool was soft jazzy remixes of popular songs, much like a speakeasy type of sound. This was good for one day then got quite old. Variety would have served better.

The worst value for money i have ever found in my trips
545 usd to add 5 days breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children.
The staff is really unkind, before coming we have sent maybe 8-9 emails ,no answer from their side.
The answer of our requests were always the same:no!
Poor offer from the restaurant and very expensive
Terrible cocktails and very expensive.
We were upgraded to sea view rooms but one of them was really old, empty and poor .The rain flooded into the room and parts of our clothes got wet.The hotel is divided into 2 parts, the principal one near the reception is renewed and clean ,our part seems abandoned and not well maintanance.

"This is a fantastic hotel, truly special. The staff here are wonderful, especially at breakfast and at the pool bar and restaurant. I think it’s unfair this hotel gets a rating on Booking.com of 7.9 w..."
