Breakfast was outstanding.
Location was an uncomfortable walk from the Hbf.
The bar was closed one evening.

The location was great. Within walking distance of restaurants and all the sights we wanted to see.
They were doing renovations on the bottom floor with a jack hammer. We were on the second floor and the noise was unbearable. The staff very quickly accommodated our request for a room on a higher floor….which solved the noise problem

The location is great, 2 minute walk from the station. I liked the luggage locker area, really handy. Staff friendly. Our room was huge!
Not really the properties fault but the people above were really really loud early hours of morning. Also on the Monday morning there was drilling. You had to request cleaning, which we didn’t as it was a short stay, one lift was out of action so that took a bit longer

They let me check in a little bit earlier. It is a big help for people doing daily trips as we don’t want to spend the whole day walking, exploring with all of our bags.
The room did not look like as on the pictures. Very old, and smelled like someone was smoking there for years. (I’m a non-smoker)
