The staff was very helpful. The location was great, surrounded by shops that would be open until midnight and was very close to the train station. Our room was right next to the train tracks so it was nice to see the trains passing by. The lobby was gorgeous, the ambience felt very cozy.
The space of the room we had was very limited, we had 2 big suitcases which was a constant struggling having to open as it pretty much would take up the entire room. The TV was also very old.

It was very central and close to the cathedral and supermarkets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free coffee and water was great. Good price and nice funky decor. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but we were able to borrow plates and cutlery if we bought food from elsewhere.
If had the window open overnight it can get noisy in the mornings with traffic, church bells, people shouting.
There were quite a few homeless people outside the property or who were drunk, a little disconcerting particularly at night . Light switch only one side of bed not good if one person reading and goes to sleep before other. Need plug sockets both sides of bed and light switches.
