A very friendly, well-managed hotel in historic "downtown" Saint Paul. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved the thoughtful touch of a complimentary breakfast snack delivered to our room in the morning. The on-site Mexican restaurant is a must-try as well. Excellent food, generous portions, reasonable prices, and a good atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Virginia! This place is so much better than a standard chain hotel.

This was a great stop on our way to Indiana. I am so glad we found it, a hidden gem for sure. Nice rooms and lots of character - we had a party of 6 and had plenty of room in the 2-room suite. Great value too! Awesome restaurant with Bingo night on Thursday which made it extra fun and lively. Family friendly, clean, and comfortable!

Perfect location for my research on my heritage. Exceeded my expectations for comfort at this price. Celebrates Appalachian heritage. Charming community. Great Mexican restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff.
Water pressure.
