The Staff is absolutely what stood out and made this an exceptional property, that we have and will continue to recommend. The pool and elevator may have been under maintenance, but the staff at the Front Desk and working Breakfast were so incredibly friendly and helpful that we continued to choose to stay rather than switch to a cheaper property with a pool. Breakfast was great, by the way, and the cinnamon rolls were fabulous.
The pool and the elevator were under maintenance. They probably work now. That negative was greatly outweighed by the positive experience with the staff, so much so that we preferred this property to others with a functional pool.

Spacious room. Well-appointed. Comfortable, accessible furniture we could enjoy. Lighting options all over. Storage for clothes and accessories. TV mount pivots for more comfortable viewing. I loved they had a pod coffee maker; the kitchenette was just the right size. The parking lot is well lit at night.
A/C leaked throughout the stay. The pool was closed during my visit. I had to go to the main floor for an in-service ice machine. The elevator stalled, jerked, and had some buttons that stuck.

Room was nice, front desk staff AWESOME!!!
The breakfast attendant was not very attentive and failed to keep the breakfast food stocked and when she did bring food items out it was one at a time. My wife asked if she was going to bring more food out and the attendant was surly in her response.
