Superbe emplacement, appartement très chaleureux et fonctionnel. Bien entretenu et extrêmement propre Piscine parfaite. Les équipements dans la maison sont très complets( essuies, serviettes, café et épices😍, c est appréciable !) la terrasse est très bien! La literie extra ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit de vacances.

This is a great apartment - very modern and clean, with everything provided including towels for bathroom and pool. The host, Livio is really friendly and helpful and provided local maps and advice about sights and events. He was on-hand most days to have a chat or to help light the bbq! The facilities were great - the pool is large and clean, and for us the dedicated bike store room was a bonus (we did some fantastic local rides up to the hill top towns).
There is nothing to dislike about this property, or the area around Alba - I can't believe that for years we have driven past Alba to get to 'Tuscany' when we could have shortened our journey and had a perfect holiday with less distance.

The swimming Pool was great.
The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed the lovely swimming pool. The air conditioning was also very good and made the stay comfortable. Our dog was treated very well, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, our experience with the host was less positive. At first, he was very friendly and helpful. However, when we reported that something was broken, which we had not damaged and which was already like that when we arrived, the atmosphere changed completely. We calmly explained several times that the damage had already been there, but unfortunately there was no possibility of having a reasonable conversation about it. The host even shouted very loudly at my 65-year-old father and called us liars. We found this extremely unpleasant and disrespectful.
The host also had a problem with us making some noise after 9:00 PM. It was absolutely not loud, and in our opinion it is completely normal to still be awake and talking until around 11:00 PM when you are on holiday.
What we found particularly disappointing was the way the situation escalated. Being shouted at and treated this way unfortunately ruined the last few days of our stay.
Overall, the house itself is a very nice place to stay, with a beautiful swimming pool, good air conditioning and a comfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, the behaviour of the host had a significant negative impact on our experience, which is a shame because otherwise we would have had a very enjoyable stay.
