All good

Location was great, just a few steps from the Ramblas and 5 mins to the Gothic Quarter. Rooms was quiet and had all the expected items. Staff was very helpful and spoke fluent English.
The room lacks a minibar, which would have been comfortable to keep a bottle of water cold. Also there are no way of purchasing any water at the hotel, but at least there was a kebab place close by who sold water and drinks. Another minus were the towels, two of which were dirty. We asked hotel for a replacement and they immediately provided new towels. Also it would not be a bad ides to replace the towels as they started showing their age.

The location and the access to different modes of transportation and sights was really good.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
There was no tissue and toilet brush in the room and when we ask for a toilet brush they gave us a used one! Not only you could see it was used you could smell it too!
