The hotel is very centrally located, right next to La Rambla, making it easy and convenient to get to, and the area felt safe.
We booked one room for two people, but upon arrival, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and were assigned two separate single rooms without any prior notice. One of the rooms had a very strong sewage smell. When we reported this to the staff, we were told that no other rooms were available. However, after we insisted, they somehow managed to find another single room for us. The other room had a constant dripping water sound, which was quite disturbing. The rooms are also very small, so keep this in mind when booking.
