This hotel has old fashion glamour and is right on the sea front. It is beautiful inside with a sweeping staircase and sparkling chandeliers. It is also spotlessly clean.

Stayed here many times. Excellent location, owner lets us park motorbike in grounds. Very clean. Recently decorated and updated without losing any of it's elegance and charm.
Breakfast no longer provided but plenty cafes close by.
Some toiletries provided.
Lovely place.
Hairdryer in room would be helpful

Great location, beautiful, traditional building, very clean.
Shower in the bath, pretty cramped. Option of breakfast would have been nice.

- Friendly staff.
- Great location.
- Beautiful old building.
- Paper thin walls (I could clearly hear conversations in the hallway and in the room next door - inc. a phone call at 3am!).
- Shower semi-functional.
- Mattress not very comfortable.
- Soundproofing. They need to attend to this. Guests typically pay for a good night's sleep, when staying at a hotel. For all the beauty of the building, I had a horrible, and constantly disrupted, night at this hotel, so I have to mark it down on this basis.
