Food was exceptional, location is very good and staff very helpful .
The outdoor pods look brilliant.
Just a couple of things that stopped this from being 5* or 10/10.
Bath and shower gel not replaced after first night. Plenty of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in the shower but the small bath one was not replaced after first night. Unable to use shower gel provided in the shower as this was in a metal holder screwed to the wall.
No flannels ( wash cloths) provided.
Just a couple of very small touches that if you like a bath at night that could of been provided.

friendly staff , good breakfast . Well located accessible parking
For a small twin room and small bathroom , up three flights of stairs , it was expensive .

Breakfast was very good for me. My wife ordered a cheese omelette which she said was tasteless.
There were no side plates or butter in the self service breakfast area which I then had to ask for.
We were really disappointed that when we arrived at around 6:45 pm and were given our (upgraded for free) room - which was great in itself - that we weren’t able to enjoy a hot bath as the water was tepid.
When I mentioned this in checking out the next morning the staff member was clearly aware this was an issue at the hotel - it really spoiled the experience for us and purely for this we wouldn’t feel happy recommending the hotel to others.
