What a fantastic hotel. The staff were great. The room was confortable and spacious. The pool is very large, clean and there are always sunloungers available. The restaurant serves great breakfasts and some of the best Egyptian and European food we've had during our travels around Egypt.
Evegything was great.

An excellent place to welcome you back from a day of sight seeing.
The facility was as expected. I would be nitpicking to say what I didn't like.

Great facilities and wonderful position, a very comfortable room
The check in was a little confusing although we were able to go into our room a few hours early it took a long time to sort out. The staff weren’t rude but it was difficult and lost I. Translation

The interior and exterior of the building is pretty. I do like the colors, paintings and landscaping. The hot water and AC worked so at least there is that. The restaurant was decent food for dinner and breakfast was good.
The customer service was bad, lots of men standing around from the baggage handlers to the people at registration looking confused and unhelpful. Front desk staff claimed that we owned them 300 EGP but couldn’t explain what for or produce a receipt so we didn’t pay it. All staff need training.
Room looked like it needed some serious updating as sconces were falling off and wall paint peeling. Toilets in restaurant bathroom went on for days without cleaning due to visible feces stuck to the bowl.
This place is so OVERPRICED for the quality and lack of service. Would not stay there again or recommend to others.
