I loved the room and the view. I had a room with a small lovely balcony facing the pergola. The bed and the pillows were superb. Clean and spacious bathroom.

The hotel was good and the location was convenient, both for getting to and from the airport and for visiting Barcelona. The room was comfortable.
Nothing in particular. We did not experience any issues during our stay.

A nice clean hotel in a an old refurbished castle. The hotel is located on a hill just outside busy Barcelona, and close to the airport.
The rooms have a splendid high sealing, and the beds are excellent sleep quality.
We travelled from and to the city using a combo of the metro and Uber.
Well, if the king of the castle would fart, the prinses sleeping on the other side castle would hear it (read: very thin walls).

Exterior appearance of the hotel and its position on a hill overlooking the city seem initially promising. Cleaning staff clearly work hard to keep rooms and bathrooms that need updating very clean.
In the first room I was given, the air conditioning didn't work. A trip down to reception led to the batteries in the controller being changed as though this was a common problem. Air con still didn't work. Moved to another room where it did, but the soap dispenser in the shower didn't.
Overall the interior of the hotel and the swimming pool seem tired and in need of renovation. It looks as though piecemeal repairs have been made over many years.
Couldn't find anywhere nearby to eat in the evening beyond fast-food restaurants.
