Absolutely loved the value for money! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was AMAZING, the views were breathtaking, and the location was super central. The housekeeping service was impeccable! I asked for their assistance MULTIPLE TIMES a day, and they were always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and attentive.
But what truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and professional. I had booked two separate rooms for my dad and me, and I explained at the front desk that I wanted to be close to his room. Ahmed, one of the reception staff, went above and beyond and offered us two connecting rooms at no extra cost! He even upgraded my dad’s room to a balcony lagoon-view room so we could stay right next to each other. HOW AMAZING IS THAT?! This kind of thoughtful service makes all the difference. Thank you, Ahmed, for making our stay extra special!
The bathroom was disappointing—old, outdated, and very small. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the sink, and the shower pressure was poor. I also disliked the harsh white bathroom lighting and the very noisy AC, which was disruptive. Cleanliness also needs significant improvement. The room did not feel thoroughly cleaned; I found hair on the floor, and the balcony was dusty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. I would strongly recommend improving the overall deep-cleaning standards to make the stay more comfortable.

I didn't like the breakfasts; the dishes were spicy, but you won't go hungry. I really didn't like that the guests were mostly Russian. They spoke loudly, behaved impolitely, and created lines for the sauna, breakfast, and the bus.
