Exceptional hospitality from all staff, especially Mr Kashif the manager. I was provided with a free upgrade to a great suite. Everyone was very attentive and Mr Mahbub who was cleaning my room paid a great attention to every detail

Wonderful Hotel. Horrible Location. Breakfast Buffet is excellent. Beds are comfy and rooms are quite spacious. However, once you are in the hotel, there is not much to explore.
Nothing that the hotel can do about, but the location is simply horrible. Plus there is so much construction going on around the hotel it is a nighmare to reach the hotel itself.
