We liked that the location was a little removed from the hustle and bustle of Plaza de Armas. We could hear some noise from the street during the day, but at night it was exceptionally quiet. Our little attic suite was perfectly cozy. The breakfast room was a bit chilly in the mornings, but the food was great and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We appreciate other thoughtful amenities like the tea service in the hallway. The lobby doors are always locked and that extra security was reassuring.
The toilet in our suite wasn't working well when we checked in, and we had to go downstairs to ask for a plunger. Fortunately, that was an easy fix.

The staff was very kind and the BNB was so beautiful! Great location in Cusco. Breakfast was so good and the heaters in the room were super nice.

The location was great. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
We froze to death even with a space heater. The bathroom window has a 1 inch gap to the outside. There is hair on the side of the bathroom wall. The towel rack in the bathroom is about to fall off. The building is in serious need of updating and repairs. The staff talking below rooms 2 and 3 in the morning was disruptive to trying to sleep.
