Good breakfast - nice selection of fruits and breads. Scrambled eggs were cooked to order. My only request would be to have refrigerated milk available. The only milk provided was room temperature. Staff was wonderful and super friendly!
Staff made up the room in the afternoon rather than mornings. Twice we had to wait outside in the garden while they finished. After a long day of sightseeing and walking the hills of Cusco, you just want to drop your bags, remove the boots and get a hot shower.

This place was so beautiful!! The views from my room and terrace were breathtaking. The breakfast was phenomenal!! I wish had more time to spend here because I loved it so much. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Comfy bed. A hot water bag was put under the blanket to warm you up. Good view of the city.
Location is a bit far up on a tiny one way street. Room was quite small and cold. Breakfast was kinda bleak.

The localisation was amazing and the beds very comfortable.
The service. It was very difficult to be understood. When we had a request, we needed to ask it several time before it was answered. For example, we ask several times to have our bedroom cleaned but it hasn’t been done. They also promised that our laundry will be ready at 1pm and when we came back at 8pm, nobody knows where were our clothes. We were really tired at the end. But the staff was kind.
