Good location, walking distance from many points in Porto. The place was clean. Good communication with staff/AI(?). Easy check-in and check-out. Nice welcome package.
We thought the bed wasn't very comfortable (a bit too soft). It said there was luggage storage but this was very limited (only 2 'lockers', the lockers were closet spaces and our backpacks wouldn't even fit in). They suggest another place which is helpful but you end up paying and we didn't count on that, so that was a pity.

Its proximity to everything that we wanted to see. Near shops and cafes.

Find fault with anything.

Our room was ready for an early check in and we met a cleaner and manager upon our arrival.
Communication prior to our booking was clear and prompt.
We were welcomed by a gift basket and we had everything in the apartment we needed for a 3 night stay.
There was also a voucher to spend at a local Brewery and bar.
We enjoyed the use of an outside patio as well.

Great location. Nearby restaurants and bars. Good transport links also easy to walk.
Some building work nearby but husband was happy to watch the cranes!
