A very good location, close to the centrę of the city, very nice and comfortable room. Cozy apartment to spend a few days.

Leiligheten var grei.
Vi ble plaget med sukkermaur inne i leiligheten, samt at det ikke var ventiler i leiligheten. Vi måtte lufte gjennom vinduer, og da kom det blodsugende innsekter inn. Vi skulle være ute av leiligheten kl 11.00. Vi hadde pakket og holdt å bære ut i bilen, da var klokka kvart over ti, og da ble koden på dørlåsen forandret. Vi var utelåst, heldigvis hadde jeg mobilen i lomma, og etter mye om og men greide vi å få kontakt med utleier, og fikk sendt ny kode. Så tror jeg avstår fra å leie denne leiligheten igjen.

*The property is relatively new and has an interesting vintage character, with beautiful stone walls and wooden floors.
* The location is very good and quite central, with plenty of restaurants, terraces and shops nearby, as well as some of the main tourist attractions.
* The area is quiet, so we were able to sleep and rest comfortably without any significant noise.
* Communication with the property manager was good overall, and he was helpful whenever we needed assistance.
• During our 7-night stay, the apartment was not cleaned even once. I understand that daily cleaning may not be necessary, but for a 7-night stay, at least one cleaning would have been reasonable.
• More importantly, we were not provided with the basic things needed to keep the apartment clean ourselves. There was no broom, vacuum cleaner or cleaning products available.
• We were not provided with enough toilet paper for the entire stay, and there were no garbage bags, which was quite inconvenient.
• The initial cleaning was also not very thorough. There were several stains and marks around the apartment which gave the impression that the cleaning had been quite superficial. Unfortunately, we also encountered cockroaches.
• The bathroom has windows without any privacy film. The blinds do not provide sufficient privacy, and at night, when the bathroom light is on, you can clearly be seen from outside. Because of this, we essentially had to use the bathroom without turning on the light for the entire 7-day stay, including when taking a shower, in order to avoid being visible to people outside.
• Another important issue was the way the apartment was advertised when we made the reservation. We originally booked a room listed as “One Bedroom Apartment with Terrace.” After our reservation, the property changed the names of the room types and packages. We then discovered that the accommodation we had originally booked was actually being presented under the name “Deluxe” and did not have a terrace.
I want to be clear that the photos themselves were real and accurately represented the property. However, the room title was misleading, and the fact that the room names were subsequently changed made us feel that we had booked the property based on an important feature — the terrace — which we ultimately did not have.
