It is a great place at excellent location exactly in the city centre, 1 min. walk from Gran Via.
The staff is always friendly and professional.
The room is wide and clean, the bed is good, the bathroom is big and modern, with perfect shower and hot water.

Great location. Clean.

Splendid location! Even a balcony!
Pillows are quite hard.
Nearby disco & bars create noise at night.

The location was very good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The price-performance ratio was good, and the air conditioning worked well.
Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned during the stay.
