Location is brilliant. Centrally located and close to most areas of Madrid. Walkability is 10/10. Reception responsive if needed. Room was comfortable and clean.
There was a terrible, off putting smell in the bathroom, not sure if this is due to old pipes/plumbing.
Bathroom is tiny and only space for one person.

A cama é confortável, e o processo de check-in é simples e descomplicado.

I love the location.
Although we had chosen a room without a view of Gran Vía, we still expected a room with a proper window that would allow fresh air to come in. Unfortunately, our window faced a huge enclosed shaft where there was practically no airflow at all.
Whenever we opened the window, there was a strong sewage smell, and we could hear toilet flushing and constant noise coming from what sounded like ventilation systems or air-conditioning units. It was impossible to get fresh air into the room, and the noise made the experience even more unpleasant.

"The room was very comfortable, good bed, nice decoration and working A/C. The bathroom had soap, shampoo and body lotion, and big towels. Hot water and good preassure."
