Everything was great

We loved everything about this hotel! Light and bright, spacious room, close to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. You will need a car as quite a isolated location. There had been an issue with their kitchen and so a hot breakfast was not available, but they then waived the parking fee. There is a small shop stocking snacks in the lobby, with a microwave for guest use. Assisted with an early check in. Would definitely stay here again!
A kettle in the room would have been nice (not just a coffee machine).

The breakfast was exceptional. We’re always appreciative when there are a number of good protein choices.

Location, facilities
The mattress and pillows were horrific; the air conditioner sounded like an aircraft taking off and the hotel was obviously overwhelmed with the number of people staying because breakfast was awful - insufficient seating, plating etc.
