Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast.
Only one lift working over 2 days. Then often didn’t work at all. We had to carry own luggage down 4 flights of stairs after repeatedly letting staff know lifts not working. They just kept saying they were resetting them. Saw other visitors doing the same. Pool area very tired with broken chairs.

The breakfast was good with multiple options.
The two elevators were extremely slow and very hot inside.

The stay did not meet my expectations. Throughout the entire night, I could hear water running through a pipe which made it difficult to get any rest. The furniture definitely needs to be renovated. The breakfast buffet is fine, but it would be great to include non-dairy milk options such as almond or oat. However, the location is convenient for exploring Monument Valley, Antelope Canyon and other nearby places.
